He is forward-looking and his sharp intellect gives him a clear grasp of all issues underlying this trade. He is largely responsible for setting the corporate policy for organizational initiatives. He has been the former director with Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange, Rajkot. And held the directorship of SKSE Securities Limited.
His major task involves driving the Group in the direction of Growth while competing with the peers. Also sets various standards for the Corporate Group and always motivates and also strives to achieve such standards
Mr. Ajay N Sheth is a shrewd businessman who has a keen sense of the market. He holds a high reputation in the market circle helping the company to cultivate its customers. He sets a lot in store by corporate governance and compliance. He has actively traded in the commodities market with various recognitions for his keen sense. He has been at the helm of guidance of Multi-Commodity Exchange for Commodity Derivative trading activities with exchange platform as well as in the physical market.
Mr. Ajay Sheth works in the direction of reducing vulnerabilities, compliance of all the legal requirements SEBI, Exchanges and like and bridges the gap between compliance and business. He is the person with the senior most escalation for all the active management departments of the group, inclusive of but not limited to Compliance, Surveillance, Accounts and Finance, Accounts and Audits, Depository Participant, etc.
Mr. Nilesh N Sheth is closely in touch with the institutional market. He has developed close relationships with institutional investors and is therefore keenly aware of the investment philosophy of such investors. The company is now enrolling institutional clients under his guidance. With his credible contacts on that side of the market, the company hopes to capture a considerable volume of institutional business
He has been an active researcher and acts in the market with his own insights in the equity, index and currency derivatives.
Mr. Bhavesh N Sheth has an in-depth knowledge of the commodity market. Through personal visits of mandis and farms, he has developed an intuitive sense of spot market. Mr. Bhavesh N Sheth was instrumental in pushing the Company’s commodity volume. He is also in touch with the international commodity market and has developed good contacts in the research circuit of the international commodity business.
Along with the commodity market, he plays a pivotal role in handling distribution of various IPOs and ETFs, OFS, Bonds.
