Our Group requires a Dealer with strong communication skills, Experienced, and enhanced multitasking abilities.

  • Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
  • Confirmation of trade done by EOD.
  • Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently.
  • Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency.
  • Daily processing & confirmation of trades.
  • Resolve client queries related to Margin
  • Resolving Order Rejection of Clients.
  • Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.
  • Monitor client exposure limits.
  • Preparing intraday shortages
  • Drive focus on generating new business/client base o Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.
  • Handling Risk management of clients
  • Making M2M Sheet of Arbitrageur’s every day. 
  • Managing RMS Software. 
  • Squaring of the position if M2M exceeds 80%Punching orders for the clients in accordance with the RMS checks
  • Updating Trading Limits for the clients.
  • Follow up for Debits.
  • Enable and disable in case of margin violation, settlement shortage, M2M violation etc.
  • Knowledge of ODIN software is MUST

Experience: 3 years+

Salary range: 30 – 40k per month fixed + Bonus  & leave

Position designation: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Head

Our Group requires a BDM with strong interpersonal & communication skills, Experienced in Share broking business, strong coordinator, enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, On-boarding HNI, Institution and retails Clients and good negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of our products and the Capital market industry.

  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the assigned area.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and servicing to various Clients according to their needs.
  • Target major direct HNI Clients & build business relationships.
  • Cross-selling other products like MTF, Mutual Funds, LAS, Wealth baskets, Gold Bonds to current clientele & target to acquire new clients for the same.
  • Generate leads & follow-ups with customers.
  • Explaining customers about the product, their offer & benefits.
  • Responsible for all telemarketing initiatives for the new Clients for their needs of Equity, Equity Derivatives, MTF, Demat, MF & Insurance etc.
  • Meeting targets of Broking and TPP revenues .
  • To educate the sales team on all products in order to control lead creation and conversion
  • Fixing an appointment with prospective clientele and pitching for all products that company has to offer
  • Should have around 3-5 years of experience of stock market and all of our products basket.

Skills Required

  •  Post-Graduate
  • Minimum 3 years experience of Capital market and related activities
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  •  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
  •  Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Capital Market knowledge & skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  •  Willingness to collaborate with other team members. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to team members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
  •  Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Conversion of Leads into on-boarding.
  •  Strong Motivator and positive thinking.

  • Knowledge of back office operations of stock broking is a MUST(preferably on LD software), back office portal.
  • Handling and operating CDSL DP System(CDAS)
  • MTF operations, pledging systems, allocation/segregations,
  • Margin reporting, quarterly settlements, various periodic reporting of Inspections/exchanges/SEBI.
  • Interacting with clients for resolving queries/ reporting etc.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word MS Excel, etc.
  • Deal with the phone calls emails and data entry tasks
  • Implementation of internal controls and processes to smoother Operations
  • KYC account opening process, KRA, CKYC
  • Creation of Client UCI in all exchanges,
  • Settlement of exchange funds/securities pay-in payouts, margins, for, BSE, MCX.
  • Trade processing, stock reconciliations, reporting of funds, holdings
  • weekly/monthly uploads,
  • Buy-back, OFS, MF, Dividend reconciliation
  • Creation of Pledge for Margin shortfall / Exposure.
  • Handling customer queries
  • Preparing  professional bills and vouchers & their payments
  • Arbitrage account opening and their payments.
