Mr. Ajay N. Sheth has been pivotal in cultivating customer relationships and ensuring corporate governance. Renowned for his expertise in the commodities market, he has guided the company’s Multi-Commodity Exchange activities. As the senior escalation point, he oversees Compliance, Surveillance, Accounts, Audits , bridging the gap between compliance and business operations.
Mr. Bhavesh N Sheth has an in-depth knowledge of the commodity market. He has developed an intuitive sense of spot market. Mr. Bhavesh N Sheth was instrumental in pushing the Company’s commodity volume. He is also in touch with the international commodity market and has developed good contacts in the research circuit of the international commodity business.
Mr. Nilesh N Sheth is closely in touch with the institutional market. He has developed close relationships with institutional investors and is therefore keenly aware of the investment philosophy of such investors. The company is now enrolling institutional clients under his guidance.

He is entrusted with overall financial supervision of the company and also plays the key role in business development.

Mr. Vishal Adatiya has industry experience of over 15 years. His role is to oversee the computerized online trading set up of our broking houses. Mr. Jay Kular is a qualified Company Secretary in-charge of compliance function with all regulatory organizations such as SEBI, BSE, NSE, CDSL, MCX, NCDEX etc. He is responsible for implementing regulatory circulars in our operations and thereby ensures full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
