Job Description
- Generate brokerage and activate trading accounts for clients.
- Assist new entrants in the equity market to understand its dynamics.
- Handle High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients effectively.
- Coordinate daily trades in equity and F&O with clients.
- Monitor client exposure limits and handle risk management.
- Help customers execute trades online and place orders on their behalf.
- Provide daily confirmations of orders and trades to clients.
- Acquire new clients through referrals from existing clients.
- Reactivate inactive clients through regular follow-ups.
- Address client queries and maintain regular communication.
- Communicate intra-day trading calls and investment ideas to clients.
- Monitor daily operations at the branch.
- Maintain strong relationships with all clients.
- Operate NSE/BSE terminals independently.
- Ensure compliance with all NSE/BSE rules and regulations.
- Advise clients based on researched market insights and updates.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new equity revenue streams.
- Maintain cordial relationships with existing clients and generate leads through referrals.
- Achieve set budgets related to revenue generation and client activation.

Job Description
- Acquire new clients through leads, references, fieldwork, and digital outreach
- Pitch and onboard clients for trading and demat accounts using our EKYC process
- Promote investment products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, SGBs, IPOs, and Buybacks
- Cross-sell Margin Trading Facility (MTF), Loan Against Shares (LAS), and other funding services
- Educate clients on ANS mobile apps, WhatsApp BackOffice, and digital platforms (Greek, ODIN, XTS Algo, etc.)
- Understand client goals and risk appetite to suggest suitable investment and trading strategies
- Generate brokerage revenue through increased client activity and portfolio expansion
- Ensure excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships
- Stay updated with market trends, product changes, regulatory updates, and ANS offerings
- Meet sales targets and contribute to branch/region-level business goals
Key Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in BFSI / Stock Broking / Financial Product Sales (freshers with NISM can apply)
- NISM Series VII (SORM) & NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund) preferred
- Working knowledge of trading platforms, demat process, and mutual fund transactions is a plus
