Job Description
- Generate brokerage and activate trading accounts for clients.
- Assist new entrants in the equity market to understand its dynamics.
- Handle High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients effectively.
- Coordinate daily trades in equity and F&O with clients.
- Monitor client exposure limits and handle risk management.
- Help customers execute trades online and place orders on their behalf.
- Provide daily confirmations of orders and trades to clients.
- Acquire new clients through referrals from existing clients.
- Reactivate inactive clients through regular follow-ups.
- Address client queries and maintain regular communication.
- Communicate intra-day trading calls and investment ideas to clients.
- Monitor daily operations at the branch.
- Maintain strong relationships with all clients.
- Operate NSE/BSE terminals independently.
- Ensure compliance with all NSE/BSE rules and regulations.
- Advise clients based on researched market insights and updates.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new equity revenue streams.
- Maintain cordial relationships with existing clients and generate leads through referrals.
- Achieve set budgets related to revenue generation and client activation.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify potential investors through cold calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
Maintain regular communication with existing investors for portfolio review and upselling opportunities.
Understand individual risk profiles and recommend suitable mutual fund schemes.
Mutual Fund Advisory & Execution
Suggest SIPs, Lumpsum, ELSS, or thematic funds based on client goals and market conditions.
Assist clients in completing eKYC and onboarding on the ANS Money platform.
Ensure timely execution of transactions and monitor investment performance.
Goal-Based Financial Planning
Help clients define short-term and long-term financial goals.
Structure mutual fund portfolios aligned with children’s education, retirement, tax saving, or wealth accumulation.
Client Education & Awareness
Conduct regular awareness sessions on benefits of investing in mutual funds (especially Demat mode).
Share product notes, calculators, newsletters, and simple explainers to enhance investor understanding.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all investment activities are compliant with SEBI & AMFI guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and KYC documentation.
Cross-Selling & Up-Selling
Cross-sell related services like Bonds, IPOs, PMS, etc where appropriate.
Encourage clients to start family accounts and manage investments across members.
Reporting & Targets
Meet monthly SIP count, AUM (Assets Under Management), and activation targets.
Provide timely reports to the sales manager on leads, conversions, and client feedback.
Deep understanding of mutual fund products & taxation
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to simplify financial concepts for laymen
Knowledge of ANS Money or similar mutual fund platforms
Familiarity with eKYC and compliance requirements
